
Solenoid Control Relief Valve
The solenoid control relief valve works by regulating the pressure of hydraulic fluid in the system. When the pressure in the system reaches a preset level, the relief valve opens, allowing excess fluid to flow out of the system and back to the reservoir. This prevents the pressure in the system from becoming too high, which can cause damage to the system components.
The solenoid valve is used to control the opening and closing of the relief valve. When the solenoid valve receives an electrical signal from the control system, it opens or closes the relief valve, depending on the signal. This allows the pressure in the system to be adjusted based on the needs of the system.

• The combination of the relief valve and the solenoid operated directional valve, since the solenoid valve is directly installed on the relief valve, and is linked to the vent port, thus it does not require extra relief pipes. Pump pressure can be remotely unloaded by the electronic signal from the solenoid valve or adjusted by connecting a pilot relief valve to the solenoid valve port. The system gets variable-pressure or three-stage pressure control.
