
Solenoid Controlled Pilot Operated Valves
These valves consist of two main parts: the pilot valve and the main valve. The pilot valve is a smaller valve that controls the flow of fluid to the main valve, which then controls the flow of fluid through the system. When an electrical signal is sent to the solenoid, it opens the pilot valve, allowing fluid to flow to the main valve. The main valve then opens or closes, allowing or stopping fluid flow through the system.
Solenoid controlled pilot operated valves are designed for applications that require precise control of fluid flow, such as in hydraulic cylinders, motors, and pumps. They are also used in applications that require high-pressure and high-flow rates, such as in industrial machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery.
• Generally used in combination with the Solenoid Operated Directional Valve and the Pilot Operated Directional Valve.
• Both the Pilot method and the oil drain method can be freely changed.
